Janessa Mc Kell

My name is Janessa Mc Kell, and I am the director of greenInk Ltd, originally registered in 2005 as a freelance initiative which, for 6 years primarily did Graphic Design and Web Design/Development for micro and small businesses or individuals.

Over the years, I noticed that instead of growing and getting a strong customer base, my clients were experiencing highs and lows and expressed uneven results from their business strategy. I started looking at the beginning of the business food chain, to examine what caused good products/services to fail. I eventually started focusing on 'branding' and the 'how to' of setting apart brands, products and services from their competitors. I eventually decided to pursue Marketing studies, and expand my own company, so as to be in a better position to assist these and future businesses.

The philosophy at greenInk Ltd is that great communication makes for great branding. Communication and Design are both science AND art, theoretical AND applied.
